This may fall under the category of "Is your computer plugged in, sir?" but are you checking the tire pressures after driving the car for a little while or while it has been parked for a bit?
I find that my TPMS won't give me a reading (only showing asterisks) until I get moving for a while.
Drove to Dunkin Donuts approx 20 miles round trip. Coffee was excellent,

however no reading on the TPMS

Update 2
ATEQ is now convinced that their Quickset Tool is working properly. They say the blame lies with Tire Rack and believe that the TPMS valves were not “Activated” when they were installed in the rims. They also admitted that they were not sure whether these particular TPMS valve actually needed activation. Their logic is that in every case the tool correctly re-programmed the ECU with the codes that it was given.
I called Tire Rack and they said that normally I would be referred to the manufacture of the Quickset (ATEQ) for guidance, but since I had already done that, they suggested I take the tires to an Infinity dealer to have the ID’s registered and they would reimburse me.
I asked if that meant I should go to the dealer and have them install the new codes into the ECU and they would reimburse me?
They said yes. Will let you know what happens

Update 3
Called the Infinity dealer and made an appointment to have the TPMS sensors registered with my vehicle. I asked the Service Manager if he wanted the sensor ID numbers that Tire Rack sent me. He said no, that his equipment works as follows:
The computer is attached to the vehicle. A device is positioned at a specific wheel and activated. It reads the sensor ID and registers it with the car. The tech then goes to the next wheel etc.
If the device does not read the sensor there is nothing he can do. Pay the bill and drive safe. He also told me that his equipment only reads Infinity sensors. It will not read any other brand, period.
I call Tire Rack and told them that the dealer cannot read a non-Infinity sensor. They said that the sensors were Infinity sourced sensors and identical to sensors that I would buy at the dealer, only a lot cheaper from Tire Rack.
The dealer is 120 miles round trip from my house; however there is no way to know until I get there.
Stay tuned
