true bolt on exhaust for FX50 - borla?

Here are a couple videos with the Borla catback on FX50 .
I was just talking to the wife on the phone (she is in Kentucky for a few days) , she asked me what I was doing and I said ordering exhaust, her reply was xxxfrxdvvyttfdsacensored. I think it sounds not bad.

Nice! We have a QX80 as well. Pre-ordered the QX56 when it first came out, got in an accident 3 years later, held up well so we jumped right back into a QX80. Sucky thing is that 3 years later the car was virtually unchanged, then BAM refresh this year :bad:

As you know, QX80 drives like a luxury yacht! Great for highway cruises. I bet you miss the FX50 on windy roads or for any spirited driving though. Cool that you still hang on this forum!

Giving the ARK exhaust a look.
Do I need to be concerned about emissions testing with this or the Borla exhaust?

My state of PA requires me to get it done annually.

Since it is a catback, it should be ok right.

You're not changing anything in the emissions system so you should be fine whether they do a sniffer or plug into the OBD port. The exhaust is behind the cats so even if they do a visual, you're fine since the cats are still there.

I recently bought an FX50S and immediately started modding it. I purchased & installed the Borla Cat-Back Exhaust as it was one of the only ones available that was a bolt-on and R&D'd to fit properly. The sound is a tad bit more aggressive than stock, but not much and there is ZERO drone. This is because of Borla's decision to go with the Multi-Core series muffler over the Sport or ATAK designs which are much louder/aggressive sounding. I am ok with the sound, but it could be more louder/aggressive - but I'm not complaining. I drive a lux/sport vehicle, not a Chevy Camaro, and I'm sure Borla took that into consideration while selecting the proper setup.
