Suggestions for a small Really fun car for my uncle

Need some suggestions for a new car. My retired uncle is finally tired of his fun smart car. He is looking into getting another car to have fun with. Pics of his other car:







Obviously, he's not too conservative with his wrapping choices...lol. And he may do something similar to his next car, he has mentioned a lion theme this time...lol...to each his own. So far the only car in he likes is the Fiat 500 turbo. His car needs to be a little more rare and wants something unique. No mini's, no "sport" cars, and a budget of less than $30,000.

One absolute must.... it must fit 1 bag of golf clubs.

Any suggestions??

i've always been a fan of the fiats, especially the abarth 500

My 2nd suggestion would be the Miata

He likes the Abarth, Abarth Cabrio, and the Turbo a lot. But he also mentioned he would like an automatic, and the Fiats are all manuals.

I personally think Fiat is the best choice when it comes to small cars. Planning on getting the Abarth myself as a fun little car. Test drove one and like the way it feel and has surprisingly nice and roomy interior. We don't have much cool choices of small cars like in Europe.
