Stolen Center Caps

So I went out to my car this morning and some jerks stole the center caps off the passenger side of the car. So I took a trip to dealer to find out how much a new ones will cost and they told me that this has become such a fad here in NJ. They said they have cars coming in every day with missing center caps. They cant even keep them in stock to replace all the ones that get stolen. So I ordered two new ones and decided to take the ones off the drivers side and ride without center caps for awhile. (So the thief does not keep coming back and stealing them)

FYI to all those in NJ. Beware of people stealing center caps.

i live in brooklyn and they steal them over here too there a few fx around my way with no center caps is a good thing that my rims are painted black if not my caps would been gone too

They quoted $49 each but I had a coupon that brought it down to $42.

Everyone should put a huge marking on the back of the cap. say pray paint a RED face. so when it comes on ebay ask seller to take pics of back and if its yours report. obviously take pictures for yout own evidence that its yours.

Happens on many cars, not just ours...they stole mine off my Lincoln and my caddy I had before
