I replaced all 4 tires to start. Vibration still occured. Replaced all 4 wheel bearings (hub assembly and bearings on front and only bearings in back) Still vibrates. Had tires rotated. still vibrates after a couple thousand thrown at it.

I'm out of ideas... are there any more bearings that I've not replaced? any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Drive shaft can be bent or damaged. I know of a couple of G guys that happened to and it was exactly that, a damaged drive shaft.

I have the same issue, just a little more amplified on the stock 20s, but not as noticeable on the stock 18s. Tried alignment, tightening method etc, steering wheel is a little heavier but at highway speed the shakes is still there. It's pissing me off also. Might try the road force again and saving up for a set of front axles in the spring. Wish me luck

Here's a few ideas that come to mind:
- Spacers. If its the ones that you have to swap the studs, just remove the spacer and bolt on your rims, the studs will stick out, don't worry, this is just a test. The nuts will still work.
- Drive Shaft. Its possible a weight has been thrown off your drive shaft thus causing the vibration
- Rotors. If you have stock brakes and not any big brake kit, that's a likely cause. If the rotor is warped enough, it will be hitting the pads causing the calipers to move back and forth.

From the top of my head I can probably say replace your axles, rotors, or your tire might have grown a bump
