Steering Wheel Restoration

I hear ya! A nice clean steering wheel gives an impression of the whole car.
Look up LuckiFX45. He had some work done and it looked pretty good. In LA too!
 
Ive seen a brand new one on ebay the other day for cheap money. I think is was $199. Pretty good considering new steering wheels from the dealer directly are $1000

Atleast you can make an offer on it. It still in the plastic too.

A good leather repair shop might charge $100-$150. If it were me I would get a new steering wheel then use a cover so it doesnt happen again or keep it conditioned

I was literally looking at this the other day maybe it was another auction but it said $199. I was actually thinking.of buying it even though my steering wheel is in mint condition.

Thanks for all the help. Made an offer for $199 we shall see what happens.
 
Haha yea don't do that when we got an IS member bidding unless you think it's defective for so,e reason. If there was thought it was at 199 the other day I imagine he has a little more wiggle room than his counter?

For new though what's worth it for you?
 
Be careful using mr clean. I used it on the scuff plate in my trunk and it took the finish off it. I had to replace it :at-wits-end:
