Got my notice but it said they are out of parts and will contact me once parts arrives. Some note added that if I don't feel comfortable with it, do not let anybody sit at the front passenger side till the recall gets completed.

Hi, How long approx will the replacement of the faulty part take to do? Both AWD and RWD models..right?
 
Already got one for my BMW so I'm glad my year isn't included here. Good luck waiting on parts, I think I got my BMW letter 6 months ago and there have been no updates since then. There's a huge backlog right now.

MY FIL just got one for his 2009 Lexus and my BIL for his 2007 Lexus.

Is Infiniti providing rental cars? Just curious, BMW is providing rental cars to people who feel unsafe driving their cars. But on BMW the driver's side airbag is at issue as well. Some people have had loaners for months now while waiting.
 
Just got my letter yesterday. Thought I was in the clear since I have an '07, but guess not. I'm in GA so it's the HAH area. We'll see when I get the follow up letter for actual repair.
 
I guess I'll do this after I get around to replacing the window. I hope they don't screw up like they did with the dash and leave my console all jacked up and not fitted back together right.

We just received our letter last week. That's my concern too, so the entire dash has to come out huh?
 
Hi guys, Just spoke to my infiniti in Taiwan and luckily there is no recall.
Taiwan, Japan, Singapore....etc were not affected...I also typed my VIN # to double check and No Recall!

Hope all u guys can get your replacement asap.
