Anyone know of a good place to get rims powder coated? My brother needs to get his powder coated and I am also thinking about getting my 18 stockers black.

Try powder-pro in new Bedford. They do alt if stuff with precision Harley and those Guys are picky as hell!
i might have to give them a call and see how much they charge to powder coat my FX50 rims

Did you call them?
I called them today and the manager seemed real friendly and told me to go down there and to work out a deal. I was on their website and the ork they have done is amazing compared to other shops that i have checked out. He said when i go down there he will work with me to get the perfect color for the rims which will be gunmetal. So i will keep you posted on how the rims come out.

I thought he had quoted me like $130. Per rim?
he quoted me 160 per rim but i guess what he does different is he has the rims dipped in acid to help strip the rims. He was explaining to me that by doing that he's able to make sure everything comes off bc some other companies just use the pressure gun and end up damaging the rims. So the acid process was extra plus I'm having them put a clear coat on top of the powder coat. You know what they say you get what you pay for plus he guarantees that the rims will last for over 7 years. Once they are ready and are installed i will hit you up so you can take a look at them. If you go to their website you can see the work they have done for many rims.

Cool, I look forward to that. Did he say whether or not you have to un-mount the tires, or can he do that for you?
He sends the rim to town fair tire and has them unmounted and mounted but u cover that part. I had him unmount the tires for me and then I will have them mounted afewdays after I receive the rims bc I'm putting new TPMS on the rims.
