Possible Mini Meet at TC6's HQ August 20-24

So my parents are taking me to NYC for some reason during these dates, and I don't know what to do there besides go see John at his shop. I wanted to show up and surprise him or something but was worried he might be gone, so I messaged him first. He mentioned possibly having a mini meet if others are around. I know most colleges will have started by then or shortly after. Anyways, thought those interested could discuss the best time for all. I fly in the afternoon of Friday, the 20th and leave the afternoon of Tuesday the 24th.

best time might be Saturday afternoon really, otherwise on a weekday it would have to be in the evening after 6, during the day wouldn't work out well, too crowded by me during the day...
 
I think it might be Monday evening but nothing for sure yet. My parents are still working out all the stuff we are doing. I'm staying at Times square if that's near anyone.
 
i havent personally met anyone on :iS: yet or done a meet... i work the city but commute... times square area is about 10+ blocks from me... mini meet sounds good... saturday?
 
Actually nevermind, Saturday afternoon should work I think! It sounds like that day is just for touring the city, so we can just go across the Brooklyn bridge and make our way to the shop.

After conferring with John, sounds like the day and time will be this Saturday, the 21st, around 2 pm. He said he will probably get there around 1:30 so this accounts for any running late.
 
Unfortunately I am out for Saturday. My daughter has a birthday party to attend so I will be hanging out with a bunch of three year olds. Have fun in the paint booth fellas!
