Would you guys be interested in a group buy to get some interior/exterior/engine bay items maybe carbon fiber or done in another finish? Let us know.. We just worked out a deal with Dip-Tech to be a dealer for them. As you can see below... They can do just about any item as long as its paintable. The photos below show the purple Carbon Fiber finish and the standard Carbon Fiber finish. The process of doing this is really cool and its pretty high quality work. Please post up your questions and or items that you might want to get done. We can go from there after we gain some interest.

very nice! I think some of the interior panels might look good carbon fiber. Like maybe the center panel surrounding the clock and shifter. Would like to know how much this process costs though.

KNFX.... To give you an idea on pricing... The cost on doing a set of side mirrors for a BMW M3 were $150.00. This was for both left and right and included a red stripe going across them to accent the color of the car.

Another example... to do a set of wheels for a car... It was about $1200.00 for the set. Being that they were 3 piece it was a lot more. A couple more examples of work below for you...

Please note: I posted the work in carbon fiber... However, you can do wood grain, CF, solid colors, ect. There is no limit to what can be done!

I'm interested also.

Got a couple questions - I see there is turbo manifold there - this stuff is totally heat tolerant too? Up to what temperature? Gas/oil resistant? Can this go over stainless headers, for example? What about flexible plastics, like the Stillen heat shield or OEM air ducts?

To answer a few questions...

Dynamic Image Printing Technologies is a hydrographics applicator. Hydrographics is a media used to infuse images to inanimate objects, unrestricted by shape. Hydrographics can be applied to any paintable surface, whether it is two dimensional or three dimensional.

Hydrographics has been used by commercial industries for years on a variety of products such as: sporting goods, wood grain accents in cars, children’s toys, camouflaged guns, picture frames, and home appliances. Objects must be able to be submerged in water without damage, or be able to absorb water, since the process requires complete submersion. Almost all hard materials, such as: plastics, metals, composites and hard woods can be used. This process does not compromise the integrity of the object or material, it is simply printed between the base coat color and the top coat in either matte or ultra high gloss. We only use high quality heavy duty primers, paints, and clear coats, which are resistant to weather, climate and UV rays. Our product is as durable as OEM finishes, and we back our product with a limited lifetime defect warranty, not applicable to physical damage.

Guys... Also check out this video YouTube- Wassertransferdruck www.impro-car.com[/url]

To sum of the process... There is a bed of water and the image of CF is layed on top. The CF image will turn back in to the form of liquid and then be transfered on to the object. In this case being a wheel. The final step is to clear coat it.

done a few woodgrain bezels & a carbon fiber bezel with this few years ago for a few customers, I prepped & painted base black, then sent them out to be coated. def cool to know you guys can do this, I'll try you guys for the next project I have for hydrographics for sure
