Wanting to buy 24" wheels. Need help from other forum members. Would like to see some pics and know if they are running a 9" or 10" Also what tire size are you running. Someone trying selling me 4 24x10 with 295x35x24 a fellow member said that would rub?

Didn't get an answer within 5 hours on a Sunday afternoon, imagine that. If you do a search on 24" wheels, you will find a few people running them and from that you can asses tire widths etc.. As for rubbing, you are missing a key component that is offset. Find out what it is and we can better help you.

thanks

another question if someone can answer....Will a 24x10 with an offset of 32 sit flush ?

all done ordered Giovanna gello 805 with offset faces that will be painted to match and Koko Koture bezels that will also be painted to match. On top of all that ordered the coilovers photos will post next week

well I am all done. Coilover install less than 2hours. Real easy. Alignment $65 mount and balance $100. Using Nexgen 295/35/24 I am really surprised I am running these tires with no rubbing. Using a Giovanna 24 x 9.5 rim. Since I am a newbie I am unable to post photos. So I suppose I need to start some new threads to get the photos up but the orange car is looking great.

You just need two more posts...
so answer these two questions in separate posts:

1. How are you today?

2. How do you like the new wheels?

:smile (2):

I am 780 miles and haven't rubbed in the back. I had a rub in the front right wheel well. I took a heat gun and pushed the plastic shield in maybe a 1/4" no problem since then. I have lost acceleration and stopping power but it rides like it is on rails. Ordered 14" front Ksport for the front and 11" for the rear. I have the stopping power taken care of. Sice it is an FX45 I am limited what I can do for power adders . I will be uploading photos once I am able to do so on this forum. Since I am a newbie I am still restricted

You don't mess around! One mod after another -- interested to see what you do next. Intake? Exhaust?

Welcome to the forum!

I have a Kakumei Y-pipe. It is excellent quality and have had it for about 4 years with no problems.

That would be awesome to get some feedback on a full Kakumei exhaust as I'm not sure if anyone else has it -- you'd be a first on :iS:

man those wheels are big! You even have nice tire thread for a good ride.

14" front and 11" rear rotor will look small on any 24's!
