I would totally buy one.

If they can put a GT-R engine + transmission in a Juke, why not a FX? Calling turbocad, calling turbocad...

Juke-R, the GT-R Crossed with, well, a Crossover

Nissan has made what could easily be the coolest crossover out there. The Juke has136.jpgalready changed the impression many people have of a crossover, with its curvy body, flared wheel arches, and unusual front and rear ends. Basically, it's a hybrid of the Juke and the GT-R. It will be fully road legal and sports a GT-R drivetrain in a Juke body. Unfortunately, the Juke-R isn't slated for mass production, but there will be one right-hand drive and one left-hand drive Juke-R produced for publicity purposes. Look for more on the Juke-R in an upcoming issue of Nissan Sport, but for now, click here for more details.

Actually saw this the other day, Had the same thoughts about it as you theres a video on it somewhere on youtube, they have to highly modify this Juke to get anything to fit, its based off the same concepts as a GTR. I don't know if this car had a GTR engine it in; to me seems like a rolling death machine. And ! is it just me or is it that two spoilers ? :D

the funny thing is, I've been talking to a friend of mine about a radical build & I told him that I think this would be a sick build, a juke wrapped around a GTR drivetrain, with the rear transaxle & all... then a few months later nissan actually goes & does it :smile (2): that is so cool...

Its cool, even cooler that Nissan is walking the fine line of innovation and spending some dollars to try out edgy concepts. Good for them - good for us. Just bummed than you didn't do it first John =)

First the Murano convertible and now this? Somebody at Nissan is smoking some crazy ish. Just give us the FX-R already and enjoy the reign of crossover supremacy. :dontknow:

One of my friends recently bought a car and test drove of juke. didn't end up getting it. Before she had a mini cooper, then a jetta. She thought the juke was really fun to drive, liked that it was awd, but the interior was way too extreme for her. I guess u have to see in person the interior yourself, not just pictures because the styling is extreme and takes a certain taste. Anyway plus all loaded its really not expensive. The juke is starting to grow on me and I've been trying to get my wife to like them but she says to her they look hideous even after seeing them multiple times. She hates the front. She says it looks like a bee to her. Ironically I see them in Michigan quite a bit. Probably because they are cheap and awd. Rogues are very popular too But I guess so are the muranos around here just a little less.

I like it, pretty sweet, but a little small for me. The spoiler is indeed split from looking at the picture, reminds me of the Escudo rally car.
