Nav VS No Nav

So im about to pull the trigger on the new fx, yet I need someone to help here. I can get a no nav fx 35 lease for 450 a month vs a nav for 520 a month might get cheaper as the months pass. So my question is what do I lose or gain with no nav vs nav in the 2011. Thanks for the input guys.
 
personally i recommend you get it, i have navi in my 2007 FX and it saves my ass all the time, but you could also get a Garmin and plug it in you would save the money on the payments and you could also just switch it to the next car
 
Go for the Nav

I would go with the nav cause it also comes with other features like:
- Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System
- Infiniti Voice Recognition
- Quilted leather-appointed seats
- Climate-controlled front seats
- 9.3GB Music Box® hard drive
- Streaming audio via Bluetooth
I would say thats a bargain for $70 more a month
 
^^ a lot of that comes without the nav as well. Also, the internal hard drive is a joke. Takes forever to rip a song that I haven't used it ever since I bought the car.
 
newbie here, and I beg for your patience because Im just learning and... dare I say it- im female, lol. Bought my very first car yesterday evening. (all others have been hand me downs) It was love at first sight when I first saw the fx, (it was an 08 fx45) but knowing our little family had to be more fuel savy I finally found an 07 black/black fx35. love it to pieces and cant wait to get started on mods, however, no Nav only backup cam. Is there an aftermarket or infiniti navi system I can purchase and have installed?

I read that on the site but am trying to figure out exactly whats out.

Plus what are the climate control seats??? Heated???
Whats the difference in appointed leather as stated?
I heard with nav package you get a better bigger LCD. Is this true.
For this stuff its the premium package correct?
 
I have the factory nav in my 09 FX, I use Nav all the time, but I must say the factory Nav is not the best.
I also have a portable Garmin Nav and it is always much more reliable than my factory unit.
For me, I would still get the Factory nav for resale.

he said it's a lease. if he plans to own it, i guess a nav is a good option to have.

Climate controlled seats allows cooling aswell, if you get the nav your seats have nice leather stitching. It's true you get a bigger display, Im pretty sure you get this with the premium package

Yes 450 a month zero down with option to buy. Just bank fees and stuff. Thanks for the pic maybe we can get a pic of the base interior vs premium interior? I just don't wanna lose heated seats. I also like the backup camera. Anyone have a base with no nav? I don't really care if the seats have extra stitching. What I really gotta get down is this display size and functionality, heated seats and back up camera. 450 to 520 is nice savings for me. Thanks guys
 
I have a base fx with no nav, it does have a smaller display, i think back up camera is standard. Heated seats are standard, just going for premium gives you the cooling feature as well.

Is it worth it to not get nav in your experience? Do you have blue tooth and does the LCD still play DVD? What does your screen system do?

What really matters is your experience, do you notice that you need nav a lot?

With no nav, I don't believe you can play dvds but you can get around that with the aux option.

Not sure what hour last question means.

You should really check out the infinti usa site for a list of what each trim level offers.

I do have Bluetooth, but the display does not play DVD even with the Nav package. Because I use Nav alot I do regret not getting Nav, but i have my Garmin that works fine. The display function includes climate, radio, cd, maintenance, audio preferences, comfort settings, other cool settings. Bluetooth is also voice activated. You really got to use it to see what I'm talking about.
