Acquired my FX35 in Dec 2009

Before the TL Type-S... This one lasted two years too from '05 till '07 of May.

Now more about my FX..


After two weeks of ownership...

- Stillen intake with Z-tube
- Motordyne 5/16" copper iso thermal plenum spacer
- 35% front window tint
- Stillen strut bar


But after that I haven't done anything until last month...

- Front tint redone with 35% carbon tint (carbon material comes out darker)
- LED interior lights
- LED backup lights
- LED license plate lights
- OEM All season mats


Also during March, went on a roadtrip. I was the only driver and raked up about 3000 miles in a week

Reason FX didn't get much attention after few initial mods...


Daily Beater I acquired last year around this time for $2800.
Didn't drove much and nothing much worked on because all the modding was focused on my Acura TL.
But since my TL was gone, it was time to work on my beater.

Love the FX so far. Never bought suv for myself (it was either 2dr coupe or 4dr sport sedans) in my life and FX was the one of two that I could picture myself driving it. And glad that I chose the FX rather than 2G MDX.

Since my daily 240sx is almost done, my focus will be rerouted to FX and eyeing on the Invidia Gemini catback right now. I can get them for $800 including shipping and its really great deal to pass on..
 
looking good man, your going to like the FX:wink: It will be good for the drive to Seaside or Cannon beach. Of course with a stop at Camp 18 on the way:laugh:. Now you need to drop and get some 22's.

I try to keep it clean as possible and they never stay oem.. Modding is very bad addiction

Haha.. not a beater anymore after pouring in $5g since January this year.

And you sure about trading your 45 for my 240? I'll even deliever :biggrin:

It was little boring before the mods but it is pretty fun now. Thinking about swapping in sr20det around next year.

For the FX.. I'm thinking about lighter 20" wheels (Wish I can afford Volk's new 20" G2 TE's) and Invidia Gemini exhaust. Also TS reflash if they ever contact me back.
