Have a 2003-2008 Infiniti FX45 and looking for an off-the-shelf intake? Here is all the information you need to purchase one.

To buy the kit PART NUMBER: PFX43-145PX:
http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/customer_part_detail.asp?PartID=490
$159 + shipping

The replacement filter is PART NUMBER: PE6X5-BC000:
http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/customer_part_detail.asp?PartID=451
$65 + shipping
Note that almost all JWT Pop Chargers use the same filter, for example this is the same one for the G35/350Z.

To clean/re-oil, just use K&N Filter kit unless you want the Blue Filter look:
http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/customer_part_detail.asp?PartID=355

Low and behold, I found a replacement filter that appears to be identical to JWT's filter:
http://www.sbfilters.com/s.nl/it.A/id.498/.f
$31.58 + shipping
That's over 50% off.

That's an AWESOME DEAL!!! I could only find the '03 FX45 Pop Charger on Import Parts Pro (using the link above), & I have an '04... Is there a difference? Would I still need to buy the Ztube or does the "kit" come with everything that I need?

There is only one JWT pop charger for 2003-2008 made.

2003-2005 and 2006-2008 have two different intake configurations, but both have the same venturi adapter to the MAF plate.

They only difference is the bracket to hold it in place. There is only one bracket made by JWT and you should be able to find a mounting point in your engine bay. The bracket was made off a 2006-2008 FX45, but was confirmed to also work with the 2003-2005.

I have a 2003, but I custom made my own bracket, as I modified a JWT G35 sedan heat shield for the FX45.

So long story short, yes, just buy it, there is no "2004" specific JWT intake.

There is no such product of a Z tube for a FX45, those are all for the FX35. The Z tube is off the 350z, and fits the FX35 because it shares the same engine. Our intake pipe diameter is I believe .5" larger.

Comes with jwt pop charger adapter, filter, CARB sticker, bracket and mounting instructions.

FYI they increased shipping prices. So $39.08 total shipped to your door for a replacement filter.

You can also play around and get different "styles" or "types" to fit your velocity stack. Pretty cool for those that want to spice up the engine bay.

I decided to do the Invidia Titanium tips... My buddy installed an HKS on his 35, but the Invidia seems to have a deeper tone (which is what I prefer) & better gains from what I've been able to find. I'm looking for the best price possible as I type! LOL!

BobBooggienights - you ordered from import parts pro right? PM me, I can talk to Kyle and hook you up with the best price on a Invidia.

Thanks for the offer Chedman13, but I already placed the order and it should be here in a few days.
My next few mods will be coilovers, ddm HID fogs, wheel spacers, dual fan replacement, UpRev, and angel eyes. If you can point me in the right direction for any of those items, I would appreciate it!

1) Coilovers - BC Racing from http://www.importimageracing.com/p/BC-Racing-BR-Series-Coilover-Kit.html Josh is great to work with and customer service is great. If you go solely on price, you can pick up megans for around $850. Check ebay.

2) DDM HID Fogs -- digital slim ballasts are great, bulbs suck. I would spend the extra $$ and go with http://www.theretrofitsource.com/contact_us.php?osCsid=27fc2e3a8c55db3906584f6543773660

This is your best bet:
http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pr...d=160&osCsid=27fc2e3a8c55db3906584f6543773660

They NOW have 9006 bulbs for our fog lights, so call them up to see what ballast will work best for you.

3) wheel spacers, not sure what size, but plug and play type (requires 20mm or more on oem wheels) are safer than extended studs contrary to what people think. You can ask me if you want more details.

I would go H&R DRM.

4) I'm impartial to the dual fan replacement (i.e. e-fan). But there is a great thread on this by LOGAN with all the parts you need to buy.

5) Angel eyes, contact MARUS if you want LED angel eyes, which I think are the best out there.
