Been looking for wheels for a long time because I want the styling to match the curvy FX. I'm really happy with my stock 20"s, but thought I might like to change up the shoes every so often to keep it fresh. I found a few 22" options and wanted some input - or maybe a PS?

Verde - Dimension - I like it, but wanted a lip. These might look HUGE. Don't they look like they could have been OEM? I'd even check out 20"s in this wheel just to see if I really like one size much better than the other.

U2 - clean, but least matching style-wise

Torq-thrust M - probably my favorite of the three.

Agreed #2 is the best of the three.

I have been looking at these in silver, you dig the chrome....I am partial to wheels that are easy to clean, the rivets and little hex heads piss me off.

Logan - I'm totally with you! I like clean - notice there isn't a single bolt head in the three I picked? I also like your selection. I love the Kenyas on the same site - but wrong bolt pattern. Would need adaptors/spacers.

I have been hoping for something with a little more open space to display the BBKs. Problem with that is that it will look good up front and not so great in the back. So maybe one or two less spokes than stock, or just more thin spokes. I'm also interested in reducing weight down from stock. I'd prefer to not use any spacers at all - but to either custom order or find it with the right offset. I need about 6mm more clearance than stock for my BBK calipers.

Yeah-One of my personal goals is to dump the 41lb. stock pigs I roll on and get something LIGHT, has to help on the launch. Wheels are a personal choice but man IMO have seen some weak options out there...On the other side of the equation some of our brethren are running wheels that my wife would have to work BOTH sides of the street to support, like I-forged (they are light though, maybe she should kick in...) Are you concerned about using spacers? H&R's have a solid safety record and you can push your wheels right...to...the....edge....

Of those 3, I would pick #2. But if you are going to get them in 20's, I'd pick the OEM wheels.

I'll try to find 22s that I really want, instead of just an alternate set of 20s.

Sorry Psi - I just like the chrome wheels matching the handles and trim. I like your setup tho - it's tight! At one point I considered chrome with black or red inserts, but I prefer a more clean look.

Option #2 is really a common style racing wheel and I think I can find different options out there that look similar. These particular ones are forged - but the bolt pattern doesn't match up to the FX hub. Without an adapter, they wouldn't work.

As for the spacer - I'm really hoping to find wheels with the proper clearance/offset - or the ability to order it custom. Anybody have any suggestions as to where to go online for something like that?

tirerack.com. Get a template off the Stoptech website and call them, they can probably test out the template on the wheels to make sure they clear.

I bought my wheels specifically to clear the Brembo BBK.

trying to track down a set of 20x8.5 Volk Racing GT-Cs had those on my Maxima for a while when it was show-time, eventually traded those for Nismo 19s... but hated the fact that 19" tires were more than 20" tires, eventually found a set of Ray's ITC Sebring's in 18x8.5

I'm feelin #2
i like the look of all lip--I got these for that reason and I got the chrome inserts as well as the black ones to change things up now and then. When the chrome looks worn or pitted I am going to powder coat them black and use the chrome inserts.

LOVE these from your site, MTN. Wish the bolt pattern matched up - these would be my first choice in 22s! Did you do anything special to bolt up the ones you bought or did they just fit?

Also found these. There's definitely a common theme to all of these choices...
