so my car is in the dealer once again this time they said i have a transfer case leak. now that i have extended warranty on the car they trying to void it and trying to make me pay outta my own pocket because they said i have staggered wheels and my car is lowered... what should i do now? put the stocks back on and take it to a new dealer or fight it cause i don't feel like spending 2k on that. any help and advice would be appreciated

Put the stock wheels on. Even if you claim that your staggered wheels are within spec, you'll probably lose. There isn't an established guideline for tire variance, so they can claim that any variance will cause damage. Transfer case can get damaged by improper tire size, so it's probably easier not to argue.

But I don't see how a leak could be cause by staggered wheels or being lowered. Unless they show that maybe you hit something with the transfer case. Not likely since it's pretty high.

dealer just called me with a bad news that the ppl from Infiniti came in to inspect the problem with car said they will not claim the issue since the car has been modified with staggered setup and lowering springs FML...

Maybe you can still try another dealer? The dealer may or may not have logged it so another dealer may be able to help. FWIW, a transfer case leak shouldn't have anything to do with staggered tire sizes. Even if you had the wrong size tires, that would result in damage inside the transfer case, not a leak. And lowering springs should have no impact at all on anything unless you hit a brick which took out your transfer case. Blaming staggered wheels for a transfer case leak is like blaming nitrous for a leak from your oil pan. Every dealer will make the link, but that doesn't mean there is a connection.

that is some b.s... you can always call a different dealer and talk to service and ask what was the last thing done to the car and see if it comes up.. Usually freakn dealers literally have all service writeups in the system, so if infiniti came and voided its gna be hard

With that huge differential in tire size, I see why the dealer won't warranty it. You're running a 29.04" diameter tire in rear and 30.4" in front. That's over a 4% difference and will mess up your transfer case. I still don't think it caused the leak, but I do think you're doing damage to your transfer case every time you drive. I'm surprised you haven't thrown a warning light yet.
