First gen wheels on a second; interesting.
Yes, smaller wheels with spacers to clear the brakes, taller Hankook All Terrain tires for off road fun! I still have the 21's with pirelli scorpion verde all season for normal street driving.
During that adventure I broke the hitch mounted ebay led brake light and the front lip double sided tape came off so i had to remove the front lip to reinstall later...
I also got stuck in deep mud, AWD light blinking, but with patience to let it cool and a little back and forth I was able to get out.
Best part is looking at people's reactions! People in ATVs or off road prepped vehicles just stop and stare in disbelief. LOL

Sounds like fun and you are enjoying your FX. I thought it looked like your front spoiler was coming off on the one side.
