Hah, i finally broke down as well. "Stubby knobs" (size does matter) not so happy with but very interested to see how the polished knobs will tie in with the polished shifter plate and clock bezel.
 
Couldn't wait any longer. I also got a refund from something else, so my credit card was $-67, figured, hey, its almost like getting them for free now ;).
 
For the 1gen guys, you can always wrap yours until the true polished knobs are avail :)

And Logan pix would def help too, to see how they look.
