Bear with me guys. I know there has been threads about camber kits. I just can't come to a conclusion on what I am suppose to purchase? I don't wanna have to drill or anything. Just interested to see if there is a bolt on kit of some sort? I know the tires are going to have bad inside wear after lowering it with the coilovers. Thanks for your help.

to use the kit in the rear requires opening up the slots in the subframe, no way around that, they won't do anything to give you any further adjustment beyond stock because the slots are the limitation there, the new bolt just offsets itself more but opening the slots is manditory, fronts no modifications necissary to use the camber bolts

I'm trying to find the part numbers for the 3 different kits you need but can't find it right now, I'll look at the parts later and give you the numbers if no one else posts them here for you

I believe the part number for the rear is SPC 72265. You need 2 of that kit cause it has the right bolts for only one wheel(toe and camber). I used the BC racing coilovers so I didn't need a bolt kit for the front. You will definitely need to notch the camber and toe holes in the frame to make the kit work though. It's not that hard, 15 minutes a hole and you are done or you can just find an alignment shop that will install the kit as well as align the car

Man, I hope you meant the 15 minutes just to slot one hole in the subframe. It may be easier if with a lift, but I can't see how this can be done in 15 minutes. Your's a RWD, so that saved you some time for not having to loosen the rear swap bar. For the AWD guys, the rear sway mount mounts need to be loosen and move out of the way to slot the toe hole. The camber hole its easy enough. Simply remove the oem camber bolt & nut, crop the lower arm and grind away!

Confirmed. Two SPC Performance 72265 Camber kit is what you need. If you have GTSPEC Rear Lateral brace, the bolt is not long enough though. It bolts on, but the bolt is about 1/8" shy of flush the tip of the nut. I'm not comfortable with it. Looking to get some custom bolt made!

Hehe, yup yup, just the grinding part. I don't have a lift so it took me a few hours on the floor of my garage to do the whole thing and with the bolts maxed out I'm still out of specs on the rear by half a degree

I hope that shop don't charge an arm and leg for them. I know how pricey that shop is. Point is Jeff has it made for $20 ($10 for two bots and $10 for machining)

Well, maybe Jeff could hook it up and we just Paypal him some cash to handle a few sets if he is avaliable. Sound like the way to go if Jeff is down. So, what do you say Jeff?

I know 4 sets will be used in the Chicago area and possibly two sets goes to Madison/Milwaukee area if Jeff wants to helps us out.:smile (2):
