For sale is a GT Spec Mid Chassis brace (these have been discontinued). I picked this up on the forums used a couple of years ago and installed it for exactly 2 days. It's a great piece and does make a difference, but unfortunately my car is way too low to run it. The scrapes are from when I realized my car is way too low for this brace but it's only cosmetic.

Hardware is included, even the rivet nuts you'll need that GT Spec no longer carries (I'll include 3 in case one gets damaged during install).

Thanks. It only took 50 ft. For me to realize it wouldn't work because I high centered leaving my parking deck. I made it work for 2 days, but it got old inching over speedbumps and driveways. I liked it enough I thought about raising the car, but with my undersized tires it would look silly.

Thanks! I do wish I could actually run it because I liked the way the car felt after install but just no ground clearance (which is only a problem for my car and very few others who drive this low).

For anyone who is worried about the install I can say that this is probably the easiest GT Spec bar to install other than maybe the strut tower brace. Even then, I didn't think this was any harder other than it being on the bottom of the car and having to do it on my back. Only 4 bolts and 2 rivet nuts to install, it took 10 minutes.

PMG and Shadow is right on about how much this brace add to the car. I have full GTSPEC braces on my car. This brace gave it the final tie.

Classic example is my BIL 03 FX35, he has the STB and the rear upper and lower tie bars. After I install this brace onto his, the comment my sister made was "what happens to all the squeaks I've been hearing when I turn? :)

Very low. Not sure anyone without air suspension is lower than how mine is set up right now. I've dropped all the way down on coilovers and I run tires 2" smaller in diameter than OEM. If I didn't live in the city with speedbumps and potholes everywhere, I could use the brace. But my ride height combined with road conditions make it unfeasible. Even without the brace, I scrape the underbody quite a bit. So unless that's happening to you already I don't think ride height will be a problem. Here's some pics for reference, hard to tell perspective but the engine pan is 3.5" off the ground.
