Got out of my car this morning and discovered this...

This is not the best way to start the morning. Someone hit my car sometime yesterday and I have no idea when or where this may have happened. I valet parked the car at lunch the day before but I approached the car from the front driver's side and I would have noticed that immediately. I sure would have noticed hitting something if I was driving and this happened.

I haven't contacted my insurance company but I was thinking of getting an estimate at lunch first. Anyone have any advise on how to handle this situation? This is LAME!
 
That sucks! There really is no other way to handle this if you don't know who did it. Contact insurance first, then go around asking for some esimates from a "reputable" body shop. Good luck!!

But it doesnt look too deep. Need new bumper, paint & mask.
How does that front quarter look? hard to tell from the pic.

This is likely not worth the deductible & possible rate hike. Time to color match that bottom?
 
The front quarter panel also has a noticeable nick as well. It's hard to tell from the photo but it is pretty obvious. I'll try taking a better picture on my lunch break.
 
They are going to reshoot that lower bumper, it'll cost around $500. As GTO said, most likely not worth to claim.
 
If its not too late get a police report. Won't hurt.

You'll need a lft side fender trim also
 
That's brutal man, I had someone hit my car not long ago, but it wasn't that bad.
Nothing worse than seeing that first thing in the morning, that's for sure...
 
my front bumber and lower bumber part got messed up. It costed me about 1500 for parts and labor.

I think you should just pop any dent out and try to touch up the paint as much as possible.
 
man im so sorry about this for sure and im a believer in karma. and LET IT HIT THEM HARD IN THE NUTS. if its a man,hehe Keep us updated on the fix for sure:frown:

Sorry to hear about this man, made me cringe. I hate people who are Fk'n SOB's. They prob have no licence, or insurance, and drive a POS... Lord Please Let Birds Crap on their Head.
 
Sorry man, not all people but SOME people never fail to surprise me with their ability to avoid responsibility.

On the upside UPGRADE! Color match the lower bumper trim! HID fogs while you are dissembled!
