One my dad's friends who just recently purchased a new F430 came by today to give me a ride and let me drive it. I must say the paddle shifters sure are fun, and it rides pretty well. I think I hit about 110 on the tollway. I didn't bring my license, but wasn't gotta let that stop me haha. Anyways, definitely something to cross off the list of things to do in your life. I think it fits in well.

my son in laws highly modified ///M6 would eat that
But does it look as good.

StuLax18,
Very nice, It is always exciting to have the opportunity to drive an exotic car.
Ya, definitely the nicest I've driven, and probably ever been in. It wasn't as enjoyable, only because I knew I had to be careful and not wreck it, and I wasn't as comfortable with the car. But it was pretty easy to get used to, drove just like a manual minus the clutch. Didn't idle forward, and would roll down hills.

Goodness....

Never pass up a chance to drive Italian...

Glad you had a great time with it.... 110 is effortless with the piece of art....
You're exactly right, just a couple taps of the downshift paddle (which puts you in 4th) and you can rocket away with ease.

No offense, but so can a highly modified Honda civic (I've seen 12 seconds civics at the track). But a Ferrari is in a class by itself.

I have seen every type of car beat another. The key is which one can be used for the better purpose in which it was bought for.

Otherwise all cars would just be judged on straight out speed.

My house in the pic, and some of my neighbor's. He's the one with the Aston Martin who always leaves his garage open.
