DFW AutoX Aug. 16th

I will probably be leaving dallas that day. We havent decided if we are going fri-sun or sat-mon. If i'm still there, i'll let you know. Even if I go, i'll just be ooooh-ing and ahhhh-ing as a spectator :laugh:

Ok, so apparently they have this rule on weather or not you can race. Basically you have to be wider than you are taller. The width is measured from center of the wheels and height is the tallest point. I measured 65" wide, 63" tall. They will do a real measurement at the track and see though. But I would not recommend planning on racing if you aren't lowered. Spacers would help also, and smaller tires.
 
Furthermore, cannot compete because the FX is an "SUV". I wonder if a Cayenne GTS also can't compete. Feel free to lock.
 
dude, wth. thats pretty retarded. Can you argue the the FX is a wagon? eh, sorry to hear that man.
 
I'm gonna go anyway to watch, maybe ride along, and take pics. If you still want to go also, I will be there. I guess I can see what will happen. I told one guy though that I can just go out there anytime with chalk and make my own course for free. :laugh:
