Car shaking issue

Hello all,
I have 05 FX35 and I feel this shaking whenever the car comes to or comes to near a full stop either in Drive or Neutral mode. It is just not little but I can really feel it.
I THINK it is due to an exhaust system because the way that the exhaust exhales the air is not inconsistent or unstable at the tip. (I have an OEM Exhaust)
The only engine mod that I have so far is the Stillen Intake kit without the Z-tube.
Since the car is 5 years old, do you guys think that an exhaust might cause a problem? Air Filter? (The filter is fairly clean)
Does anyone have this type of issue at all?
Thank you guys all in the advance for your inputs!

My guess is that it could be a slight misfire, but then you would probably have an SES light on though. It doesn't hurt to check though.

I think it could be from many things, but the two that come to mind are spark plugs/ignition coils and carbon build up.

Just called the stealership and they said it will cost about $110 just to check it.... wow..
Or could it be a bad engine mount?

Do you guys think this will be covered under the powertrain warranty? Because my warranty already expired except the powertrain warranty...

It really depends on the diagnosis. If its something like the coil packs, the dont consider it power train, but electronic. At least thats what my dealer told me.

Is it a grinding noise just when you are coming to a stop? My car occasionally does that it is a wierd shaking/grinding noise which comes and goes... strangely my car did it this morning on two stops and it was the first time I have felt or heard it in months... The dealer has no idea what causes it on my car... i have suggested brakes, bearing, tires... and they just suggested that it is normal brake noise...

I forgot to mention that it could possibly be your throttle body. A dirty throttle body leads to poor idling which leads to shaking car. Also check your air filters too!

Ok, now I found out why the car hesitates or shakes when it's stopped.
It wasn't the throttle body, but there is an oil leak on valve cover so the engine's been misfiring a lot...
Went to the dealership and they said there is an oil leak on valve cover and needs to be replaced.
Well, the valve cover is under the powertrain warranty so they will replace it, however I also told them to reaplce spark plugs because oil is also on spark plugs as well.
I have to pay for spark plugs though, other then that, dealer will be responsible for the rest.
At first they told me the exhaust back pressure is strong and the front pipe gets hit it up bad.
They told me I have to put back the stock exhaust(I have INVIDIA GEMINI) to make it normal, but told them I had an exact same issue with the stock exhaust.
I really don't think this is because of the Invidia Gemini exhaust.
So I just told them to replace the valve cover and spark plugs.
Hopefully, this will solve the shaking issue...
Has anyone had this type of problem and had to replace spark plugs and valve cover??
Any inputs are appreciated.
Thank you ! and hope this helps for those people who are having a same issue as well.

Got the car back from the dealership. Spark plugs are not covered under the powertrain warranty. Those are covered only under regular warranty. So what they did was they replaced the whole valve cover along with spark plugs. Spark plugs were burnt with oil on them the reason is because I used octane boosters many times. So I suggest people NOT to use OCTANE BOOSTER at all. Learned a lesson today. It basically took a long long time for them to replace both cover and plugs. Now there is no shaking at all, and no more misfires. The car absolutely runs better and it feels good. From now and on, I will just use premium fuel and hope the valve cover will stay good for another 5 years. I have 42000 miles now (05 fx35)
