Brown or diamond Graphite

well guys, i have been looking at/for an FX for quiet a few weeks now and i am at a delima. i know this may be a little biased as to which colors you have, but im curious to see what you think.

if you had the options of only these 2 colors (brown or diamond graphite) which would you go with?

I would like you brown owners to chime in here, when you bought it were you kinda iffy on the color and it grew on you, or the oposite?

for some reason i absoutly love the brown color on the fx. The diamond graphite is georgous as well, so this is the crossroad i have come to.

I am picturing in my head the mods i would like to do to it(exterior wise) and i think that either color will work perfect with them. ie(powdercoat the wheels, tint, possiably grill, the usual nonsense)

also any liquid copper owners out there that also were iffy on that color as well, but took the plunge and fell in love with it? that is also an option, but 3rd on the list as of right now.

yea sorry for not knowing the correct name...im still a noob with the paint names...but i do remember seeing that before.

so 2 for beryllium huh? interesting.
 
I have a diamond graphite and like the beryllium more. I think it is a very unique and classy color. The DG just gets kind of boring at times.
 
Brown as in the Midnight Mocha color? When my wife and I were at the dealer for the speedo recall, the Mocha one caught our eye. If it were an option between the Mocha and Graphite one, we'd lean more toward the mocha. If you're talking about the beryllium color, I'd prefer that one over the graphite too. Looks like it'd hide the dust well :)

Beryllium gets my vote. I think I've had every color and for a while now I like the more rare colors for respective car models. The less common colors are only available on some years, so you have to match the model year you want with the color you prefer. Happy shopping!
 
Copper gets my vote. I've wanted this color in the FX since I first saw it in 2003. It's a real classy color. It's not too obnoxious, but not drab and boring. It's a color where it stands out in a sea of cars in a parking lot, yet you won't feel out of place if have to drive it to a formal event. I guess you would to see all the colors you like in person, before you chose!
 
I say berrylium over the graphite. It's a very nice color, 909's FX would be a nice example. I would pick autumn copper over the liquid copper.
 
+1 on the berrylium.. On the 2G, I also like the midnight mocha. I saw a shiny one the other day right at dusk on the highway. That thing looked like it was shifting colors. I slowed down after I passed him, but he kept his distance so I couldn't take a pic..

berrylium i think is better plus it seems like not many people have it. I know when my girl was looking at an FX and she was checking out the berrylium i loved it and tried to convince her to get it.
 
Berry- chill, classy, stock looks great, no need to blsck out the grill, or smole the lights
DG- more sporty, better when blacked/smoked out.
Either way your car will stick out matters on how you want to present it, sporty or classy..
