Hello,

I am very confused if these wheels will fit the FX50s 2009 without spacers?

I was on tirerack.com, emailed them and they said that they do not fit.
However, other websites such as tulipcitywheels.com and customwheel.com, they told me it fits!
Who do I believe? What do I do? How do I make sure 100% that it will fit?

Please help, and thanks a lot =)

here's a direct link to the wheels:

Welcome to the scene. Personally I would go off what TireRack say's. They are pretty accurate.

That's the thing, I thought they were accurate, however one of the members in Alaska, forgot his name, purchased a 18"x8 Sports Edition F10 from tirerack.com and it fitted his FX50s 2009.

When I go on tirerack.com and enter my vehicle info etc etc, all it shows is the 21" and 22" wheels, nothing of 18" nor 20"....

Is there a way to check myself that it will actually fit?

Thanks

tirerack is acurate because they computer model the vehicles suspension & brakes & everything else that affects fitment & then do the same with every wheel they sell & then they can actually test fit through cad, BUT tirerack is also very very conservative in there recommendations too, just cause tirerack says no does not make it absolutely certain to not fit...

Im getting a couple boss rims in at my work tmw to test fit on a FX50s Ill let you know how they fit I was looking at the 339 and the 335 in 20"

lol, ahaha you know that the Habs hate the Leafs at least right?
I just got an email from bossmotorsports.com saying that they will fit!

So that's reassuring, well the best thing is an actual fit test and i'm going to order them, they'll be for winter since 21" tires are almost double price of 20".

Before you buy them I would wait since I am test fitting the exact wheels you want, I have an account with american eagle here in toronto and one guy says they will fit another says maybe not so Im gonna put em up to be 100% sure

this is what it would look like on a GMC by the way

even though I look at boss wheels as less expensive wheels those look nice plus how much do they weigh?????? compliments on the choice should give the fx a mean stance.

Here is the thread about akbillw who lives in Alaska and put those 18s on his FX50: http://www.infinitifx.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=21533&p=246793#p246793

Well, the intention of getting these set of wheels was for somewhat hardcore winter here in Montreal... i wanted 18" at first, but i could get the same 20" winter tires for cheaper, so decided to move to 20".... but now im' still in doubt.... maybe i should start another thread

Hum, to be honest i like the 21" stocks a lot lol, i'm getting them black coated this winter so that they'll be ready for summer :P....
I think i'm satisfied with the 21s right now for summer, maybe when times come to find another set of summer tires that i will decide to move on to a new set of wheels, because looking at the rare 21s summer tires they cost a hefty price.....
