I don't have any concrete data to proof a tuned car will last longer, but definitely more fun drive it for sure.
Timely schedule maintenance will definitely helps in extending the service life of the car!

Andy - this is your chance to blow up the JBT brotherhood :) were it my choice W/stock 20's i'd go all in and get flush with 20mm's rear and 25mm's front.

What's the minimum wheel spacer that it will clear JBT BBK ( 6 pot, 380/15") with the 20" stock rims?

20mm front and 25mm rear will definitely clear the JBT. With 20mm front, the back side of your wheel has have pits for clearance as the OEM studs with be just a little longer than the spacer width. I'm currently running with 25 mm on all four corners with 10.5" wheel width and love the way it looks. OEM 20 is 8" wide, even with 25mm still a hair or two tucked in the front while the rear with 25mm barely flush.

The company I am buying the JBT BBK from, said that I don't need any spacers for 6 pot, 15" rotors with the stock 20" wheels AWD. I just want to know what's the minimun thickness for the spacers that will clear the JBT BBK (with 2-3mm of clearance between the caliper and the back of the rim).

As I recall, without spacers in the front was too close for comfort. It was like 1mm - 2mm if I remember correctly. Not sure if OEM studs can take a 2mm - 3mm spacer.

i'm on here admiring the stance of your fx, just curious; in those pics is it standing on the H&R springs n spacers? and did u modify the springs or suspension in anyway? it seems like its sitting lower than all these other fx's on H&Rs...

Thanks. It's on H&R with 25 mm spacer front & rear on 10.5 wheels all around. No other customization to the springs or other suspension parts. I really push it out quite a bit. The rear is actually about 3-4 mm extended pass the fender. The tire side profile also play a role in the way it sit/look too. I like tires side wall that are more square then round bulge.

I toned the rear stance down a knotch now! I have 20 mm spacer in the rear now because I'm getting some rubbing (more than I can tolerate).

thats nice, i was just shocked that it looks lower/ alot lower than just untouched springs... i was planning on clipping the front springs half a coil and cutting the rear spring mount like i've seen on here for when i get my h&rs and putting new kyb's with it just so it can sit a little lower.. I'm also planning on doing 22x10 40et ace alloy coutures in matte black.. i figures with 25mm f 20 mm r on spacers.. not quite sure how the stance would look but i am looking for a more flush look than anything

In a few weeks it will be even lower and looking better on Kido Racing coils. Mbarb, have you considered coils? A lot less work involved compared to your plan.
