350z vs. g35 coupe..

I am currently looking for a second car and wondering what do you guys recommend? 350z or g35 coupe? I just need a daily driver and pondering which car will suit me.. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated..

They're very similar cars. 350 is a little more sporty in my opinion. Like Gto said, depends how many seats you want.

I'd get the G for a daily driver. Save the 350 for when you want a toy.

I've always liked the lines of the Z better than the G, but as mentioned above, if you need backseats, then you know the answer to your question already

I've had them both, and if you are going to D/D either one, you should get the g35, its much more comfortable and more practical.

same car pretty much but insurance will be higher on the z.. pretty boils down to how many seats u prefer.

the 370s are sick and look good but if it is between the 350 and the G I would go with the G. Same motor but I think a better interior. Also for a daily driver you will get more room in the G with the little back seats.

like Dave said, boils down to the seat. I would get the Z. actually, I owned one before i bought the FX. DE motor was awesome with vdc off.


oh and btw, if you do get a Z, please get the hard top one. convertibles look weird to me. don't like them.

if you want sportiness, higher insurance rates, less seats, more fun, a hatch instead of a trunk, then you should probably go with the Z. it also makes a difference if you get the Z with the DE or HR motor

if you want more comfortable interior, useless rear seats for more storage space, a little less insurance rates, you should probably go with the G

hey jamfx45ster, can you elaborate any pros vs cons about 350z and g35 coupe?

350z: clutch very sporty: not usually fun for DD, funnier to drive however. Not much rOom, stiffer ride, but overall that's what a true sport car will do for you. I loved it! But then I had a daughter so I had to get a lil bigger car which was the g35 coupe.

G35: way more technology, back seat, easier clutch, luxury, status of an Infiniti as we know is really nice, nicer wheels (19s forged), not as quick, not as fun, but a better DD
