Hello, new to the site! I own a 2003 fx45 AWD and Im currently collecting my 6 speed swap parts. This isn't a build that wont happen so feel free to post any tips, links or pics to feed into the build. Also if you have any parts i need message me and maybe we can make a deal.

350z 6 speed transmission
VK45DE to VQ35DE Transmission adapter
350z Clutch pedal
350z Brake pedal
350z Clutch master cylinder
350z clutch master to slave hard line
350z Flywheel and clutch
350z Interior shifter bezel,boot and knob
etc, etc.
 
Nice man, It's been done on the 35 a few times but not sure about the 45. Looking forward to seeing the outcome. Always thought it would be cool to have a manual FX back when I had a 35, and now that I have the 50 I feel the same way. Good luck!
 
Thanks brother, ive seen the 35 done and the only difference between to two swaps is the adapter and sandwiching the 350z flywheel an clutch onto of the stock fx45 flex plate. Once i meet the 10 post rule ill post some pics of my car.

Raymond is around still, I'm sure he can answer some questions. Rookie hasn't been around for a long time. I don't know who is still in contact with him...

He still owns it, and scrapped plans of selling it. Last I heard the car was back in California.

I know even back in the day Rookie was really busy with work, I'm sure its just the same now.
