For some reason, my 08 Fx driver side window very scratchy, it looks like it has some oil on it, not clear, I wonder if one of the layer peeled off? if so, is there anyway to fix it, it really bothers me especially when I'm doing left turn.

You may want to pull the door interior panel to check it out. Maybe just grease that you need to clean out behind there.

So is it tinted? If it's not, there's no way for a layer to come off, it's glass. May be some contaminant from in the door, grease or something jammed in the rubber seal.

is it making like a grind noise when you pull up/down?
I didn't notice any strange noise, it's just blurry all the time, I try using Windex to clean it, it's the same

It's not tinted, and all the windows are fine except for the driver side.

the only part that could grease up the window is the window regulator's motor, but that would have to some what come apart to even transfer the grease/oil.
The only best way to do is like Andy said, remove the door panel and weathering to see where the contamination is originating from.

If it's the case, any way I can clean the window before I get time to remove the panel? I'll just keep my window closed until then.

if you don't have tint on your windows, use a foam degreaser or windex, and wipe it good with paper towel.

here is the info on how to remove the door panel. It's super easy.

So you're saying a clean windows will become blury once it been rolled down and up? If so, it has to grease got on the weather strips. Just have roll the window all they way down and run a piece of rag along the bottom window channel and see if any greasy residue.

Diagrams always look complicated, but it's maybe a 10 minute job. Remove the screws referenced and everything else is held in by clips. Just pull carefully and done.

I found start pulling from the area below the mirror near the hing is easiest if your have not been pull open previously.

Update: I tried to use Windex and paper towel to clean it, and turns out it doesn't help at all, plus I found some silver powder on my paper towel after I wiped it, any suggestion?

You would need to inspect the regulator, like this:
[Dead Link Removed]

and the motor attached to it

if for any reason steel cables are out, bent or frayed then you will simply have to buy a new piece and swap it out. You can do it yourself, it's a straight forward repair. But you won't know what's going on in there until you remove the paneling.
