Anybody think any of these paint schemes look cool -- or just go stock?

My replacement hatch should be in today or tomorrow -- right now, my rear bumper is unpainted (black). I've already paid for paint, but several people have mentioned they think the black bumper looks kinda cool with the original color hatch. So, just throwing out some options -- most of these are stock color darkened or lightened in about 20% steps. Or course, my plan is to just go stock -- but you tell me :) Since I own the car and it now has a salvage title, I'm open for playing around a bit

Got a pic?

Edit - pics are working now. I say go with OEM paint for sure. Someone who may not know what you're trying to pull off will probably assume bad bodyshop work

It would look cool on a Civic hatchback but on FX it kinda looks like you need bodywork.
If you want 2tone just follow the window line and paint the top black then black out the wheels to match.

Stay stock, even though it's a creative approach, for people it will just look wrong and like all the comments above ;)

Thanks for your input, everyone -- I tend to agree -- But I didn't think it was the worst thing, either :) For some reason I've had trouble posting pics -- just freezes on me.

The reason I only toyed with the bumper and hatch is because I've already paid to get those parts painted to match the car. If I added other stuff, I increase the cost :)

I like the mod with the black wheels and hood, BTW. But, I love stock, too.

It's been fun going around with the beat up hatch and a riveted panel on it -- people keep gawking at the car wondering WTH I did :P

To be honest the 2 tones done that way look horrible. If you want to do a two tone do it along the side of the car (ie bottom half/top half) with some sort of flowing line similar to the lines of the car or other. Two tones using panels (doors/hood/hatch) don't work well.

Of the 4 pics stock definitely looks best.

I would avoid 2 tone unless you have very aggressive mods. It looks weird on a stockish car. Sort of like a stock car with bright orange or pink wrap or plastidip.
