Invidia Gemini Single layer vs Rolled tips sound difference

Hey guys, does anyone know if there's a big difference between the single layer invidia gemini exhaust tips and the rolled ones? Which ones are better and why?

there is no sound difference between the two. they are just for the looks. imho rolled titatnium looks better. but thats just my personal preference

Tips dont make any difference in sound, there clearly for aesthetics. I personally like the single layer but without burn tips.

I called them up and the guy mentioned there's a slight difference. I just don't have much to base it on as there's only videos on YouTube with rolled tips. Also anyone know where I can get it in Toronto?

They are all the same diameter, with no sound difference. How much is the Canada dealers are asking for this exhaust?

They would only make a different sound if one was resonated. But neither one is, so they will sound the exact same.

They said that the diameter is the same but the roleld ones have a smaller diameter inside because of the second layer. He said the single layer has a slightly higher pitch...

The one thing that i'm debating outside of sound difference is... which one looks meaner...probably the single layer as it makes it look bigger? whereas rolled has a smaller inner diameter...

I say none, get the ARK lol sounds way better IMO. Heard both in person when I was buying and I chose the ARK. It has a throatier note like the g37 does stock.

I had the single layer exhaust tip at 1st but switched them out to the rolled tips because imo they look better from behind.
Rolled on the left and single on the right

Here is a picture of my Rolled Titanium exhaust on my 1st gen FX. Personally I like the roll titanium tips better than the other invidia exhaust tips.

If I had to redo mine I would be getting the rolled tips.

Also whoever keeps adamantly telling you that the tips make a difference in sound is a tool, and I would not be buying a sandwich off of him, let alone an exhaust. Talk to zebra he can hook you up better than anyone...
