Decided to redo my wheels after a year with the black plastidip, overall it was easy to remove. I did have some trouble areas with some spots that wd40 easily removed.

Purchased some gunmetal plastidip, it is a fairly new product that I highly recommend. Came out perfect.

Looking good, nice colour.
Before in Holland i could hardly find plastidip but a few day's ago i was in a car parts shop and i found a complete collection of it, lots of colours including some fluorescent type colours.
Before i know for a fact they did not have it at all but now there's lots of it....18 Euro (25 dollar) a can is quite pricey but i know for a fact it's good stuff.
Last year i painted my stock 20" black and still looking good.

Thanks for the update, it looks great. I'm still running plasti black on my 20's. This coating is approaching 2 years and it's still holding up. Once things start to fade/chip/peel, I may look into this color.

that is DOPE! Ive decided im going to plasti dip my rims, and chrome pieces for the time being until i get the cash to paint/and also to see how it looks! but yah i love it! have you done any other spots on your car? i was gonna do roof rack, the rear chrome pieces, maybe door handles?

Black Plasti + Glossifier = Gloss Black, no?

Saw some of their videos, that combo came out stunning.

Wouldn't it be easier rouse the gunmetal wheel paint if someone wanted to achieve the gloss look? Like this guy <--- lol

Guys I'm seriously considering doing the whole FX in a custom mix of my own, mix black with gunmetal and pearlier to get a very nice matte silver going then add a coat of the metalizer to make that shit sparkle then a couple coats of clear. I think it would look amazing. If it sucks, I can peel it off?

last week i plastidiped my wheels and added 3 coata of glossifier. It looks amazing better than normal matte blacl plasti dip but the glossifier just enhances the color it doesnt look glossy more of a satin finish
