Summit racing strut bars, Tie bars and bracing

Just thought I would share for those that don't know that there is another option for those who are looking for GT Spec products but are having a hard time finding because they are either sold out or on back order. I was looking for strut bar for my car since I lowered it but every online store was sold out and speaking to GT spec guy back in May I was told either late June or early July they would be available I called 2 weeks ago and was told now Maybe August. I spoke to Mark from KIDO racing and he introduced me to Summit Racing out of Taiwan. They have all the products for the FX that GT SPEC sells. I was told that they make all the Gt Spec bars for the FX ( cant confirm for sure) they look exactly the same except Gt spec is blue in color and Summit Racing is orange. Im not here to advertise for them but I was very please with there service and there pricing was a lot cheaper then GT spec. I paid $178 for strut bar, $160 for lower sub frame tie bar and 70 for each of the 2 rear lower tie bar. I purchased the Gt spec lower bars and they are 100% the same in comparison except color. Here are some pictures of my parts that came in Yesterday for my 04' FX45.

Nice! I always wanted the orange instead of blue. Too bad I have most of the set already =P
 
Nice to know and good prices as well, OC Infiniti also has GT spec braces for sale ( not all of them ) but I just bought my GT spec 4 point mid chassis brace from them $180 shipped.

I was blown away by the strut bar and the front sub frame tie bar pictures don't do justice. everything seems well built and comes with instructions. ill be installing likely on the weekend. I used EMS shipping which would be Canada post to me and USPS for you guys. I got my order exactly 5 days after ordering. I also want to get the 4 point mid chassis brace but im worried about it not fitting because of the invidia exhaust and I have speed bumps at the condo building that I live im sure since I m lowered that it might scrap any input would be appreciated for those who have it installed and are lowered. Next mod KIDO 8pot front and 6 pot bbk. Hope fully in the coming weeks I spent to much already this year on the FX Kido coilovers, invidia Gemini, Summit braces, fixed both driver and passenger seat that had the side all torn up, plus I did a tune up at the mechanics we had all fluids changed to synthetic only the tranny and transfer case we used Nissan fluid, changed the plugs to ngk iridiums (not sure yet if that was upgrade or downgrade) and now the brakes only because I actually need to replace them soon.

The 4 point mid chassis brace will fit with no problem, I also have the invidia exhaust and lowered as well and have no issues with this brace or any of my other braces for that matter.

Man, I wish these guys did stuff for the 2nd gens...lucky for you guys w/ 1st gen. Looks like they have distribution in Europe as well as APAC.

They do make for the 09-2012 fx's

As Matrixx said the mid chass should be good for you as it clears the exhaust and tucks up nice and tight. If you are on CO's and have an agressive drop the four point ladder brace would be an issue. BTW - I'm not sure who is the builder but I believe both GT and S come out of the same factory. It would appear that Summit has the international market and GT Spec the US GT does a better job with regards to branding IMO.. Member Dragonh in Taiwan has Summit braces and swears by them.
