I bit the bullet and I purchased some 3m Dinoc to attempt to do my interior. After reading a couple of DIY threads and watching this video on youtube to see the application in action: Bimmian.com 3M DI-NOC - Carbon Fiber Sheet - YouTube I gained the confidence to do it myself. It actually turned out pretty well.
If anyone else is looking to purchase Dinoc for reasonable prices, contact Dave. And if you are in Long Island, you can pick up. You can contact him through text 917-603-2621 or email dave_ramkumar@yahoo.com (underscore between his name) I had purchased from him through ebay under seller name 3m-dinoc, but he will give a better deal if you contact him directly. Just trying to help others if they are in need. Tell him Kenny with the FX sent you. Now for some pics:

How much dinoc did you use?

I purchased a 2ft by 5 ft piece and after 1 messed up piece (i guess i can call it my practice piece), I still have a 2ft buy 2 1/2 ft piece. I'll probably use it to do the door handles, window controls, and the other 2 AC vents

Did you have to sand the surface lightly or a good cleanning is sufficient?

Not sure if your center panel is still off, but if I had an 06+ interior, I would swap the driver heat seat button with the hazard light switch, having the hazard button centered. Maybe its the OCD in me, but I think it would look a lot better that way. I'm surprised no one has done a "DIY" on this yet.

I took everyone's advice, I finished up the interior...
