13 cool cars and 13 dumb kids

Yeah this has been going around. I'm not sure what people are smoking in Canada, but when the government seizes these cars, they sell them at auction and give some of the money back to the owner.

One example I read about was when some guy was racing in a car he didn't even own. The government sold it at auction after impounding it, and gave the owner 50%, the driver 30%, and the government got 20%. That guy got about $70k just for street racing.

Haha yea. What i read is that the cars all below to asians in canada on a student visa. So guessing parents sent kids to school... along with a lambo. Kid gets it souped up. Bingo.
 
I didn't know they had cameras along 99. I'll have to be more careful next time. At least they're not radar cameras.

On a serious note, 3:30 on a weekday is not the time to be pulling these shenanigans on Highway 99. There's way too much traffic. Lord knows I've cruised at a fairly high speed with another driver or two along 17, 99, and 91 but not if theres much traffic and not at 200 Kph unless I'm all by myself.
 
They are called "Vancouver Auto Club". They post often on local chinese forum and asking people to join. They said if you have a car, you can join. After i saw the list of member's cars, I didn't bother to join with my FX. There are 111 members. Here are the cars:
