ha, my first car looked similar to this, not quite as shiny as this, was more of a faded matte blue, had rusty cragar ss wheels & it was ratty, yeah, it was a 4 door & a straight 6, guy wanted $125 for it, but I winded up getting it as a trade for a 125cc dirt bike with a bent fork I was 17. that was several hundred cars ago, that also was 27 years ago
first car I actually bought for money was kinda like this, no where near as nice as this though, was a bit of a rust bucket but with a big hood scoop that I built from scratch by chopping up the original hood :tongue (2): was a 302 4 barrel, I did headers & a bunch of other stuff but this car single handedly turned me completely off to fords forever

I had a very similar experience with my very first car, an '89 Ford Probe GT:
It was surprisingly quick little car, probably because it had the motor from the MX-6 of that year... (The valve covers actually had MAZDA embossed on them.) After just about every single ancillary component inside and out either wore out or just plain broke, the tranny gave way and I had it towed to a wrecking yard. First and last Ford.

NO WAY! The first car I drove (in High School) was my Dad's silver MX-3 Wagon. Before the first motor blew it's apex seals, but my older brother pinned the speedo past 135 mph! It was an automatic so my mom could drive it but it still laid out skids between shifts. I loved that car! I still have brand new Koni Sport front struts in my garage! ...I remember later in it's life, it would start bellowing streams of white smoke down the highway, like one of the Blue Angels!

Car i learned to drive and practice in. 97 Lexus LX450. LOVE it, never gets stuck in the snow. We still have it around as the cargo hauler and winter monster.
we call that the lex luger always wanted one....

my first car although I have no pics was a 95 lexus gs300, recked it within the first month..... then purchased a 96 ls400....
