As I was washing my car, I found out that my driver side headlight have dust inside it. NOT on the surface, but dust particles inside. My passenger side headlights had no dust whatsoever (pretty much looked brand new); which was odd.

So is there a way to clean out the headlight's dust particles? I was told that I could remove the headlight bulb and use a compressed air duster inside, but is that SAFE? lol

Also, my driver side fog light is dusty as well (since I just replaced my passenger side fog light).. would it be safer to use a spray duster to clean it?

If it matters
Headlights- Both stock HID
Fog Lights- Both stock Halogen
Thanks!

LOL ill black them out later, but I jut want to find a way to clean the dust out of the headlight for NOW.

And no I'm not selling it? the guy wanted pics so I made a video.

I asked cuz I also have something in my lights. It's not the same dirt as yours. I would try and blow it out, or you could crack them open to clean.

Might try taking out your turn signal bulb an DTRL bulb. Get some compressed air and blow it in there to stur up the dust. Then use a vacum hose on the other bulb spot to suck up the dust by exchanging the air and the stured up dust with it.

The compressed air trick may help but you'll never make it as clean as the other side without opening the housing and cleaning it out properly. Here's a thread about Taking Apart Those Headlights

I would suggest to take the head light apart too. It would be the best as it not hard at all. Maybe a chance to paint the shroud and some LED rings too

And would the angel light be an easy install? Btw, I'm only 19.

and FML, I don't know how to remove the head light. I searched for a DIY on how to to do it- but the photobucket image was removed..

Looking at the dusty side, there is definitely something wrong with that headlight. There may be a crack or some seal that's not tight, letting all that dust in. It's hard to see in the video, but I have never seen that before. Are all of the bulbs locked into the sockets? Is the cap for the headlight tightened too? To remove the headlight, you have to remove the bumper to gain access to the bolts. Not an easy DIY the first time, but it not that hard to do either.

Just what I wanted to hear! I'll take it their first thing Monday morning!

While we're on the subject of headlights; Since my headlights are already HID, do I just get 6000k bulbs to make it into the 6000k color? or do I have to do something special to make it 6000k?
