i can't help but i can share that it took me 30 minutes to change out a single turn signal bulb...so yeah i cant help you

apparently everthing over there is easier with the bumper off

I had the same issues- I took it to bert for him to do it for me

I removed the bolt for the reservoir on the passenger side and that side is pretty easy. The driver's side, I removed the airbox.

The worst part is sticking in the bulb without having anything touch it. I suggest getting those latex or whatever gloves.

It takes me a good 30 minutes since I do it very slowly to get the bulb in the socket without rubbing up against the sides etc...

Once you get thru it the first time it will take you less then 10 min the next. But this is easier if you have an aftermerket intake and not the stock box that gets in the way. Once you remove the airbox its very easy from that point on with just some minor twisting of the rear headlight seal cap, then twisting off the HID ignitor and finally unhooking the clips that secures the bulbs in place.

***You do not have to remove the front bumper to replace the headlight bulbs.

pffffff.. Stop complaining guys.
It is not that hard. it a reach but takes 5 minutes to change signals.
I have to remove the intake box on my moms touareg just to change one park signal.

Signals are easy -- it's the D2S bulb that are difficult (on the driver's side). Since I've done it a couple times, yes I can do it fast, but I still need to take my time to ensure I don't rub the bulb up against everything since you're doing it most by "blind".

You can tell when you rub the bulb against the sides or something else -- not a sound I like to hear.

alirght i have tried doing this a couple times....and for me, its pretty damn hard. there's actually a case that protects the bulbs when u open the cap to the headlights...didn't wanna mess around and screw something up. Alan, wanna help me out with the headlights and ztube when i get it? Shakeys will be on me this time:rolleyes:
